Exhibitors are provided with ongoing opportunities to interact with the estimated 300 Seminar Delegates from mining companies and other institutions world-wide.

The Welcoming Cocktail Function and Pre-Registration from 17h00 to 21h00 on the 14th October will be held in the Exhibition marquee (which opens directly in front of the main conference hall – the Kgotla, at the Indaba Hotel).

All the conference teas and refreshment breaks (morning, after-lunch & afternoon) are also held within the Exhibition marquee.

Event Changes: The University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg reserves the right to make changes to the programme, or to cancel events if enrolment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact delegates if an event is cancelled. Should an event be cancelled, liability is limited to the event fee.

Cancellation Policy: Substitutions are accepted at any time. Cancellations are required in writing. An administrative fee of 25% will be applicable to all cancellations up to 3rd October. Exhibitors who cancel after 3rd October 2008, or fail to attend, are liable for the full fee.
